Our DNA is in metrology, and it is through this lens that we approach manufacturing.
Component verification is not just a problem that needs to be solved but is implicit in the process and methodology of how we manufacture to specification. Combined with our culture and passion for challenge, we are uniquely qualified to manage manufacturing responsibility for complex, mission critical aerospace components.
Applying our inspection expertise, we have created a methodology that allows us to verify component compliance at the raw material stage, before any chips are cut. From there, we define the exact path that will get us there. The result = no surprises.
We call it “Starting with the end in mind” and we have found it to be uniquely Cascade.
Our Specialties
Critical Applications
Cascade’s quality process enables the commitment to zero quality escapes that is required for mission critical aerospace applications.
